Full Procedure To Collect The Migration Certificate From National University Bangladesh(NU Bangladesh)

 It is very difficult to collect any papers or documents from the government related institute of Bangladesh. The National University of Bangladesh is another govt. affiliated institute where you will not find all information at once to collect any papers. In this article, I will let you know how to collect migration certificates from the national university of Bangladesh. Usually, a migration certificate is used when anyone wants to migrate to another university. this article is bilingual I will give the same instructions in Bengali for better understanding. 

Step one: You have to collect all the necessary academic papers. At first, you have to collect the below papers before going to the next procedures;

• Original Registration card Of Your Honours/Degree/ Any other courses. 
• Photocopy of the admit card. If you are a student of the professional courses (eg; CSE, BBA, EEE) you have to give the last semester admit card photocopy. 
• A forwarding letter from your institute or college. This forwarding letter must have to be verified by the principal or vice-principal. I will attach a demo forwarding letter so that you can understand what you need to write.(Please check the below section to find the sample forwarding letter)
• Any documents where you want to do your migration. In my case, I had migrated from the National University to the University Of Dhaka and attached the payslip of the hall registration fees. you can provide any documents it can be admission exam admit card/any payment slip. 

If you miss any of the above documents or required papers my be you won't be able to submit your migration paper collection request or officials will reject your request. 

Step Two: If you have the above documents now you are fully eligible to apply for your migration certificate from the National University Bangladesh. Now you have to submit all of your above documents or papers to the national university via online also have to provide hardcopy to the university office. If u want to avoid extra cost and hassle you can submit all of your documents by yourself. It is very easy to do. 

1. Now go to the student login panel and log in as a student if you didn't log in before then just complete your registration using the required information. 
2. Student login link of the national university Bangladesh 

3. Now follow the below screenshot after successful login into the panel. if you are new then go to the registration page and complete your registration and then you will get the login info. 

4. You can do one thing that is, you can scan or make a pdf of your all documents then you can merge your all scanned documents into a single pdf file then you can upload the file like me(below screenshot). also, you can upload all the papers one by one by clicking Add More button instructions given in the below screenshot. Now you can click on proceed button to go to the next stage.

5. Now you can see your file submission is done now you can download your payslip for getting the migration certificate. you have to pay 500 Taka including 6 taka vat that means 506 Taka for getting the migration certificate. 

6. You can see my payslip in the below screenshot. also, you will get the same payslip for you. now you have to pay this amount at Sonali Bank. By the way, don't bother about this payment and Sonali Bank branch location near at NU Bangladesh because you will get a branch of Sonali Bank inside the university. Moreover, make sure to print 2 copies of this payslip because two copies will be needed for your next procedure. 

Final Step: Now if you have done the above all procedures then you are fully prepared to submit your migration certificate physically to the office of NU Bangladesh. You have to submit all documents and payment slips to the national university officials for this you have to go national university one-stop centre and submit your documents to them then they will give a tentative date to collect your migration certificate from the university office.

জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, বাংলাদেশ থেকে যেকোন পেপারস তুলতে গেলে বেশ কিছু প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করতে হয়। অনেক সময় না জেনে কিংবা স্পষ্ট কিছু জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অফিসাররা না বললে আমাদের কে বার বার যেতে হয় গাজীপুরে অবস্থিত জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় যা কিনা বিরক্তিকর এবং সময় সাপেক্ষ। 

আমার এই লেখায় আমি সহজ ভাবে ধাপ গুলো বলেচি কিভাবে আপনি মাইগ্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট তুলবেন জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে। আর মাইগ্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট সাধারণত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে বেশি লেগে থাকে। 

মাইগ্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট নিতে আপনাকে যা যা করতে হবে।  

 প্রথম ধাপ: 

১. আপনার জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যায়লয়ের রেজিস্ট্রেশন এর আসল কপি লাগবে। 

২. আপনার শেষ বর্ষ বা সেমিস্টারের প্রবেশ পত্রের ফটোকপি লাগবে। 

৩. যেই কলেজ বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের আপনি ছাত্র সেই প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রিন্সিপাল বা ভাইস প্রিসন্সিপালের ফরওয়ার্ডিং লেটার লাগবে। এর জন্য আপনি একটি ফরওয়ার্ডিং লেটার লিখে নিবেন। 

৪. জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে যেই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে আপনি মাইগ্রেট করতে চান সেখানে ভর্তি হওয়ার যেকোন প্রমান পত্রের ফটোকপি দিতে হবে। 

দ্বিতীয় ধাপ: প্রথম ধাপের সব গুলো পেপার রেডি হয়ে গেলে এগুলো সব গুলো স্ক্যান করে একটা পিডিএফ ফাইল বানাবেন। তার পর জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ওয়বেসাইটে গিয়ে ছাত্র হিসেবে লগিন করবেন এবং সেখান থেকে মাইগ্রেশন এর জন্য এপ্লাই করার জন্য অপশন দেয়া আছে সেখানে ক্লিক করে পিডিএফ ফাইলটি সাবমিট করবেন। সাবমিট করার পর আপনি একটি পে স্লিপ পাবেন যেটা দিয়ে আপনি মাইগ্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট এর ফি সোনালী ব্যাংকের যেকোন ব্রাঞ্চে জমা দিতে হবে। বা চাইলে জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ভেতরে যে ব্রান্স আছে সেখানেও জমা দিতে পারেন। (অনলাইনে সাবমিটের জন্য ইংরেজিতে দেয়া উপরের অংশ দেখুন)

জমা দেয়ার পর আপনি পে স্লিপের এক কপি এবং এক নাম্বার ধাপে উল্লেখিত সব গুলো পেপারের সাথে এটাচ করে সব গুলো হার্ড কপি জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ওয়ান স্টপ সেন্টারে জমা দিতে হবে। জমা দেয়ার পর সাধারণত ১ সপ্তাহের মধ্যে সার্টিফিকেট পাওয়া যায় কোন ধরনের অফিসিয়াল বাইন্ডিংস না থাকলে।
